Speaker Bio: Pussinen brings extensive expertise in the life sciences industry across various therapeutic areas and modalities with experience in all phases of the drug development continuum from discovery to clinical and commercial manufacturing, quality and supply chain to leading multiple successful Biologic License Application (BLA)/New Drug Application (NDA) submissions. Most recently, she was Executive Vice President of Technical Operations and Supply Chain for Actinium Pharmaceuticals, where she was responsible for process development, analytical development, manufacturing, quality and supply chain activities. Prior to that she was the President of Ipsen Biosciences, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ispen, and she held various leadership roles in research and development at Pfizer.

He started out as a software developer for the chemical and pharma industry, and later became CTO & COO of a large IT consulting firm, then founding his first of three IT companies in 2003. Pep is an Economist (University of Barcelona) with an Engineering degree and holds several international patents related to the encryption, transmission, storage and processing of data for regulated environments in the cloud. Pep teaches IT topics at universities in Europe and the Americas. Born in Barcelona and raised in Italy, Pep currently lives in Tiburon, California.

She has extensive experience with automation and technology solutions that help organizations achieve their Manufacturing and Operational Excellence goals across their businesses. Elinor has 30+ years of experience in the process and software industries and joined Honeywell in 2017. Prior to joining Honeywell, she worked at Aspen Technology in Product Marketing and Business Consulting roles. She started her career at Phillips Petroleum as a Process Engineer. She holds a BS degree in chemical engineering from Kansas State University.
