Speaker Bio: Vincent Higgins is Global Director for Honeywell’s Workforce Excellence initiative, part of Honeywell's digital transformation offering for its industrial customers. His expertise in connected technologies brings him to speak at conferences around the globe. Prior to working at Honeywell, he was the CEO of a technology company that provides advanced digital solutions to industrial customers. Vincent also led a leadership consulting firm, assisting senior executives in organizational effectiveness. He is author of the book “Social Influence and Genius, A Leadership Journey - A Better Future for your Business and the World.”, In the book, Vincent develops an innovative new model for organizational and leadership development.

Speaker Bio: Inderpreet is the lead analyst at ARC Advisory Group for asset performance management (APM) technologies and services primarily used in the process industries. Her research focus includes asset integrity management, asset reliability, and plant asset management technologies. She also leads research on extended reality technologies, including augmented reality, virtual reality, and mixed reality. She has published several articles, whitepapers, and market reports related to asset management, extended reality, and Industrial IoT technologies. Inderpreet is a frequent presenter at ARC and other conferences. Prior to joining ARC, she was a Management Consultant at MLK Business Development Center. She holds an MBA from Clark University and bachelors in physics from Delhi University.
