Join this webinar and follow the real-world story of how UniSim Design is being utilized to optimize reactor run-length and reduce turnaround costs.

Process Engineers and Technical Services teams are frequently tasked to balance the needs of producing varying product severity while balancing overall reactor run lengths so that it aligns with refinery turnaround plans.

This webinar will showcase the optimization of this balancing act via a Fixed Bed Catalytic Reformer, a critical unit for the refinery. Reformer operations become even more critical due to their run length predictability. Running a higher RON cokes the catalyst faster thereby reducing the run length and incurring an additional turnaround cost.

Attend this webinar to understand how UniSim's Catalytic Reforming unit, using proprietary catalyst deactivation correlations, provides process engineers the insights needed to determine the remaining reactor run length.
