Speaker Bio: Sham is responsible for developing and executing the MES strategy that enables digital transformation in batch process manufacturing. He has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and has held leadership roles in manufacturing, quality, and materials. Prior to Honeywell, he was founder and CEO of Performix (acquired by Honeywell in 2021), a leading MES solution provider. Prior to Performix, he held leadership positions in supply chain and worked for SAP America as a Platinum consultant implementing SAP solutions in manufacturing and logistics. He has also published several papers on manufacturing and supply chain planning.
